Lexye Aversa oversees International Operations and the South Florida DMC Division of the company, with over 40 years experience handling worldwide Special Events, Incentive Travel and Marketing, Meetings, and Promotional Campaigns for VIP clients and major corporations. Specialist in creative themes and imaginative design, she is a "Lexpert" implementing events with the highest standards of service. With an extensive background in stage acting, Lexye 's theme productions bring to life the pageantry of historical eras and international elegance, blended with her theatrical dramatic flair! Her career encompasses extensive international travel, and she resided in Europe for over 4 years handling hundreds of travel programs for corporations and customized tour groups.
In 1981, Lexye developed a curriculum approved by New York State Department of Education for the licensing of a Travel Institute, of which she was President and chief instructor. She composed the course syllabus and Travel Industry Manual on initiating and operating incentive programs, including "The Psychology of Incentive Travel". As a Consultant to the Industry and corporate sector on administering conferences and incentive motivational trips, Lexye holds corporate training seminars and has been member of SITE University staff and guest lecturer at FAU and Northwood University. Lexye is often quoted in Industry publications. A graduate of the Kingswood-Oxford School in Connecticut and Brandeis University with a BA Cum Laude, she is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish.

Gianni Aversa is the corporate Vice President, and Managing Director of PTI Associates, the company’s hotel representation division of elite properties throughout Italy - the marketing and reservations center for over 100 Italian hotels presented to the North American Market. Accommodations and complete travel services are customized for FIT's, individuals, families, honeymoons, specialty groups, corporations, destination weddings and philanthropic organizations. Comprehensive services include sightseeing, transfers, shore excursions, insider museum experiences, fashion shows, concerts, yacht charters, events in castles, palaces and on private islands and villas. Gianni personally lends his "Professional Touch" to any group experience, corporate incentive travel program, meeting, wedding or event.
A native of Sorrento, Italy, Gianni has over 40 years of experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry, in executive positions with deluxe hotels in Sorrento and Rome, Italy, and exclusive New York and New Jersey properties, notably the legendary Mayfair Regent and Westbury Hotels.
Gianni has hosted major events and conclaves in Rome and internationally: sporting events, Vatican Receptions, political conventions, and international film festivals. Demanding and exacting in standards of service and professionalism, he is an expert in hotel negotiations, operations and delivery of upscale arrangements for VIP’s, groups, social events, incentives and meetings. Also a gourmet Italian chef, he is a specialist in food and beverage preparation and presentation/menu development. Gianni is a former professional soccer player, and has coached extensively, including the Cosmos Soccer Camps. Gianni was educated at Blackpool College, England. He is Multi-Lingual, in addition to English and his Mother tongue Italian, he speaks French, Spanish and German.
